PeKUSEL is a non-profit association established on 11 March 2022 and registered under the Societies Act 1966. The association is governed by its Constitution and managed by an elected Supreme Council.

PeKUSEL respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Details you provide when you register, sign up for a programme, donate or contact us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and company registration number.
- Payment confirmation details from our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To process membership applications and manage member accounts.
- To organise training, events and bazaars, and to contact you about them.
- To process donations and issue receipts.
- To report on our activities to our partners in aggregated form that does not identify you.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and process payments, with programme partners where needed to deliver a programme you have joined (with your consent), or where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages, by emailing pekusel2217@gmail.com.
